Welcome to Nurse Boss Academy! My name is Jerome, and I am a nurse, senior healthcare executive, leadership and career coach, author, and entrepreneur. I am passionate about leadership development, and during my DNP program at UCLA, my scholarly project focused on leadership development. This is where this idea was born.
